Program researchers collaborate with a variety of sponsors and research colleagues on projects across a spectrum from relatively undirected study of transportation topics to assisting sponsors with implementation of innovative research findings. Typically there are guidelines or documentation that can be used by the sponsors to improve their analytical processes and decision-making. The Mobility Analysis Program maintains cooperative relationships with the a variety of sponsors including the following:
- Cambridge Systematics,
- Federal Highway Administration,
- Traffic Management Centers from more than 30 U.S. metropolitan regions, and
- Texas Department of Transportation.
